Street Reach Ministries | MEM|Summer

Our main involvement in the community takes place during the Summer Program. The community Street Reach ministers to looks forward to the summer because of Bible Club. We have a variety of afternoon ministry opportunities that are only available in the summer program. We also provide the most during the summer with a praise and worship experience, a share service, and an opportunity to meet some of the members of the Brinkley Heights congregation.

We provide housing for your team with a dorm style facility including bunks with mattresses (need to bring pillow, linens and towels), restrooms with showers, a gymnasium, and meeting rooms! We provide food for your team (includes arrival pizza dinner on Sunday evening, light breakfast foods each morning, light lunches, and catered evening dinners). A Free Night for your team on Wednesday evening. We do not provide a meal this evening but can provide recommendations on local Memphis restaurants to take your group to! Additionally, we can provide recommendations on activities to do while in Memphis during your Free Night. Supplies for all community service projects your team may be assigned to accomplish will be provided. For example, if you were assigned to a Soccer Camp in the afternoon, we would provide the needed soccer equipment. We provide the curriculum for the site bible clubs. We ask that you provide your own crafts for the Bible Club, but we are more then willing to provide ideas. We provide a Street Reach staff site missionary to help coordinate each mission site. We provide a light praise and worship service on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, along with a share time on Thursday night led by Street Reach staff members. We provide logistical support and organization leading up to your mission trip.
