Kado

Praise God from whom all blessings flow! Praise Him for His wisdom, timing, and power to save because He did that at Kado this week 8. Who could ask for a more beautiful way to end the summer than with the salvation of God's children. As several children in all age groups asked to receive Jesus into their hearts, thank you to God for drawing them near. And Thanks be to God for his wonderful missionaries whom he sent. Antioch Waco Church from Texas faithfully served Him here this week, and what a fantastic job they did. From putting hands together in smooth choreography during music to rockets and salvation bridges at crafts, to freeze tag and football at games, to the many stories from God's word - every step of the way was filled with joy and intentionality as they pursued love relationships with these children. Just as God Himself leads, I loved hearing children young and older recite days' worth of memory verses, explaining Bible stories and their meanings, and speaking candidly about how they can pray in their own lives. In a week truly filled with divine appointments, my favorite moment was hearing one little boy with the biggest smile describe praying for Jesus into his heart and then leading all of the games stations in prayer as well. Thank you again to Antioch Waco for the best final week I could ask for. And thanks be to God for allowing us to finish strong with a new record for Kado, as we had 24 children on our last day!  And last but not least, thank YOU for your prayers and support this summer. See you next year!

Johnson

We are Johnson, and we know it!! The final week of Club Johnson 2024 was a great ending to an incredible summer. Everything was just amazing, from the team to the kids to even the weather. God truly blessed us.  Richland Baptist from all the way up in Washington braved the long drive and brought so much fun to club and the kids. And what a great job they did. We saw a week-high of 27 kids on Friday. The kids got to experience a true worship station featuring two guitars and a cajon drum and learn some contemporary Christian songs like "Trading My Sorrow." They also got to dance to "The Lord's Army". Over at Bible Story Station, the kids learned about some different bible heroes, including Daniel, Ester, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, and the Apostles, all the while learning how they can live a life pleasing to God. To complement those stories, the kids got to make some awesome crafts. They loved making and wearing crowns and salvation bracelets, and they also made a paper megaphone and used them while singing songs. The games were so much fun, with a couple of water fun days and some soccer, sharks, and minnows. But the highlight that I absolutely loved was watching one of our older girls go up to team member after team member and give each one a big hug and say, "Guess what? Jesus loves you!" It's just so awesome seeing these kids learn that Jesus does love and care for them. And we couldn't have had this incredible week without the fantastic team from Richland Baptist. Thank you so much, guy, for a great closing week at Club Johnson.

Jackson

We could not have asked for a better closing week at Jackson Bible Club! God is so great! He provided us with a fantastic new team from Antioch church in Waco, Texas. It was so much fun seeing them interacting with the Bible club kids! We hit an all-summer high of 32 kids this week! They came prepared with Bible stories about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fire and Jesus calming the storm. The kids loved the wind sock crafts and the cross between two hills! We all had fun learning new songs about the king of the jungle, singing in the rain, and dancing to the Antioch church clap. For the kids and church members, soccer was a favorite this week at the game station! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for a great week at Jackson. We were so glad to serve with you! Hope to see you all next year!

In Bible Story, they focused on parables. The kids' favorites were the parable of the lost coin and the lost sheep! They brought the parables to life as they played games where the kids would find what was lost, engaging them even more. Each day in Songs, they taught the kids new songs and hand motions to accompany the guitar and even had fun dance parties where the kids could be silly! They loved the hand motions to “This Little Light of Mine,” and some kids used their creativity to add to the motions they were being taught. Then, in Crafts, they did all sorts of fun projects! One day, they made little purses, put a coin in them to connect with the lost coin parable, and used Mod Podge on seashells to communicate with the pearl parable. It was special using seashells because Destin brought the beach to Memphis! At the Games, they played soccer, and on Thursday, they had a super fun water day (both at the Games and when the rain came). The “little blessing from the sky” gave them so much joy and laughter! The team ensured the kids had a great time despite the weather. It was the best!

Again, thank you so much for a fantastic last week that we will all remember! We praise God for a fantastic summer and are so grateful to know and love every one of our Bible Club kiddos. Please keep them in your prayers for the school year ahead!

Well’s Station

We had another amazing week at Well’s Station! It was awesome to get to see the community kiddos for another whole week. Thank you to my new friends from Swainsboro Baptist church for serving with us this week in Memphis. We started off with 6 kids on Monday but grew to an all-summer high of 21 kids by Thursday. We continued to have new kids every day, they just kept coming!  It is so exciting to see the kids love club so much that they tell all of their friends and invite them to come along. I love to see God’s Children excited about spreading the Good News! This week the Bible story had some great illustrations and key takeaways to go along with all the lessons, including, God creating everything, the rich young ruler, and John the Baptist. Crafts had a blast making slime, sand art, and salvation bracelets. Who even needs a speaker? Songs were so much fun with Jesus in the boat, Father Abraham, and more! The kids also got to learn some new fun games this week. They seemed to really enjoy shipwreck, bucketball, and especially dodgeball. I couldn’t have asked for a better week or a better opening summer for Well’s Station. Thanks again, Swainsboro, couldn’t have done it without you!

Week 7 was amazing! This week, we were fortunate to have LifePoint Church with us. Although they were small in number, their impact was tremendous. They did an outstanding job at Bible Club this week! In Songs, they did "Jesus Loves Me" in both sign language and Spanish. This was incredibly cool to witness, especially because our kids continued to sing these songs on their way home! The combination of language and sign language made it engaging for everyone. For Games, they played tag using hula hoops, which was a big hit. But the highlight was undoubtedly the day they brought out a huge parachute. The children played a variety of games with it and had a blast. The joy and excitement were palpable as the kids laughed and played with sheer delight. Craft time was equally fantastic. The children had coloring sheets to express their creativity and made salvation necklaces, which were a favorite. The best part was when some of our kids could explain the meaning of each bead on the necklaces. Seeing their understanding and enthusiasm for the craft was heartwarming, reflecting their learning and growth. The Bible Story started with the story of creation and went on to the death and resurrection of Jesus. The kids were captivated and involved, eager to learn more about the Lord. Their interest and participation were inspiring to witness. We want to extend a huge thank you to LifePoint Church for their dedication and love for our kids. Their efforts in teaching about Jesus and engaging with the children were a true blessing. We were so fortunate to have them with us this week.

Leahy’s

Shoutout to Philadelphia Baptist for hanging out at Leahy’s for week 7! It was a spectacular week with all the energy! We hit our summer high of twenty-eight kids on Friday! Our kids were giggling, singing, and playing all throughout club! During bible story, our kids heard the stories of Joseph. The top stories of the week were about Joseph and his coat of many colors and how he interpreted dreams! Also, they learned and recited different bible verses every day! One verse was Psalm 25:4, “Lord, tell me your ways. Show me how to live.” Songs station was bringing all the energy and fun!! We sang and danced to My Lighthouse, church clap, ABC song, and more! Games station was full of soccer, jump roping, hula hoop games, duck, duck, goose, and sticky hands! Our kids were running around and sweating like crazy!! During crafts, our kids made heart hands, decorated cups with a ball on the end to play with, bookmarks, and door hangers! The kids colored their hearts out all week long! It truly was a remarkable week, and the Lord moved in powerful ways! We are excited to see what the Lord is going to do in the final week of bible club! Thanks again to Philly for serving alongside us this week!!

Jackson

What a nice week seven at Bible Club Jackson. With the help of the Fellowship of Montgomery, we had so much fun during the week in the heat and the rain. In Bible stories, we learned stories of Joseph, Jonah, and the whale, Noah's ark, and the story of Jesus and the true reasons why we celebrate Christmas and Easter. At crafts, we made door-knockers and fun bracelets for not only ourselves but for our friends too. At songs, we danced to Little Sally Walker and Church Clap with our girls, and we had intense matches of musical chairs and red light green light with our boys. At games, we had so much fun playing duck, duck, goose, hide and seek, freeze tag mash-up, and a super intense game of soccer with our older and younger boys. During one of our rainy days, we had so much fun dancing in the rain and playing tag, even though we were all soaked and muddy, it was so fun to have good one-on-one time with our kids. Thankfully, the Fellowship of Montgomery was here this week, but this was not our final. We can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for next week and the rest of the year.

Whittier

Whittier got to spend week 7 with Fellowship of Montgomery from Texas. Fellowship brought intentional love to the kids, and all of them ran up to Bible Club and smiled. At crafts, the kids did many coloring sheets and chalk. One of the crafts was a popsicle stick glued to hearts, and the kids wrote love and forgiveness. This craft was a good conversation starter for the kids about who loves and forgives them more than anymore. At songs, the kids loved to play jump rope and hot potato. At bible story, the kids were engaged in various bible stories, where they asked many good questions. This week, we even had a rain day; it was so much fun. We did a lot of dancing and singing in the rain on Wednesday. We could not have asked for a better week 7!!! Thank you, Fellowship of Montgomery, for blessing the kids and community with your time and energy.

Kendrick

Week 7 at Kendrick was an amazing and fun time, and we tied for the most kids at Kendrick all summer as we had a high of 23 this week. One Church Barfield was so prepared and Christ-centered. They were awesome with the kids, and they had so much fun. Barfield incentivized the Bible stories with candy, which really engaged the kids. All of the stories engaged the kids, and you could tell the kids felt them in their hearts. With the story of salvation, the kids enjoyed the television that portrayed the stories well. Also, the Games really engaged the kids as they played water games, interactive cup games, and fun simple games like sharks and minnows. Barfield did a great job at engaging the Spanish-speaking children. They made sure that they felt involved and finished the crafts. Crafts were also very engaging, and my personal favorite was the bookmark that the kids could use to bookmark their Bibles at home. We had many children this week ask important questions about salvation, and we are praying that God waters those seeds. I also thank God for the songs and dances that Barfield taught the children of Kendrick; with the addition of 4-square, the kids had fun at Bible Club. I am so grateful for Barfield and their willingness to serve the community, but more importantly the Lord, I absolutely loved serving alongside One Church Barfield.

Guernsey

This week, we were hanging out at G-street with ALL of the cool kids! Between Green Acres Baptist Church and the Pope and Guernsey kiddos, Bible Club was overflowing with the joy of the Lord! At games, laughter rang out across club as they played parachute games, head-shoulders-knees-“pig”, an ultimate frisbee/basketball mash-up and so much more!! The kids made crafts that replicated the Bible stories, such as decorating Joseph’s coat of many colors, creating a picture of Joseph in jail, and interpreting dreams. Bible story worked their way through the stories of Joseph, teaching the big plans that the Lord has for us. They also allowed a Q&A time for the kids which created an opportunity for amazing gospel conversations. Instead of a songs station, they created a memory verse station. They had chants, songs, and games that the team did with the kids to help them learn the verses. Each day the kids got a prize if they were able to recite the verse from the day before. It was such a sweet week to serve along side Green Acres! Thank y’all for loving our kids so well and being willing to spend the week with us! We cannot wait to see y’all next year!

Johnson

What's up, Bible Club fans??? We are at the end of yet another great week of Bible Club. And as always, Johnson was the place to be if you wanted to have all the fun, dance to all the songs, and play all the games! This week, Green Acres from Texas answered the call and came and served and did a fantastic job. Not even a rain day could stop all the fun from being had at club. We had our high of 40 kids on Thursday, several of which were brand new kids, which was so awesome. All week long, the kids focused on the story of Joseph at Bible Story station, from when he was sold into slavery up til later in his life, and learned how God still took care of him even when it looked bad. The kids also got to work on memorizing bible verses in a Memory Verse station. And they got to play different games to help them remember them. It was so amazing to look over and see kids playing duck, duck, goose, but then as they got picked, they stood up and said the whole bible verse before running and chasing the other kid. Who would have thought duck, duck, goose, and bible verse memorization would go hand in hand?! And, of course, Games station was so much fun, with the kids playing everything from soccer to football to hula hoops. It was such a fantastic week. Thank you so much, Green Acres, for sacrificing a week of your summer and coming and loving on the kids so well!

Guernsey

Week Six!! This week was a great week over in Guernsey! Calvary Baptist created a great environment for the kids and had very engaged stations. We just want to thank you so much for caring and loving our kids! You are really making a huge impact on these kids' lives! This week's team has been coming for a few years, so they were very glad to continue furthering their relationships with the kids. The most kids we had this week was 24, which is such a blessing to get to spread the gospel with each and every one of them! During songs station, the kids played with buckets, using them as drums. Some of the Bible stories covered this week were about mercy and forgiveness. To keep the kids engaged, they would ask questions, read a Bible verse together, and pray. Some of the crafts the kids made were kindness coupons, world magnets, and waterless snow globes. At games, they played things like kickball, baseball, relay races, and throwing balls through a tarp with holes in it. It was great to hear the kids' laughter throughout club and see their beautiful smiles each day! Thank you again Calvary Baptist for running a great club this week and showing love to not just our kids but yours at Guernsey! Mark 10:45 says, “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

Well Station

Wow! What an awesome week! A new Bible club was started next door to the Wells Station Elementary School! Big thanks to The Cross for starting out this Bible club right. Such a blessing for Street Reach to be able to expand and grow into a brand-new community. The Cross was tons of fun as always, they brought the energy and the community responded. We had great interactions with community members and kiddos alike. Even the people in the area who didn’t have kids still loved to hear about the new Bible club; some even brought out popsicles to share with all the Bible club kids and church team members. Started out strong with 9 kids on Monday, and finished the week with 19 kids on Friday! They all had a blast, many of them even had so much fun they told their friends. The Bible lessons ranged from creation to Jesus’s death on the cross and finished the week with Saul’s transformation to Paul. From persecutor to a faithful follower of Christ, showing the kids that we become a new person once we accept Jesus into our hearts. The crafts included sun visors and masks to show how we are made new. Songs and games had the kids rolling with laughter and smiling ear to ear! Such a great week; thank y’all from the bottom of our hearts.

Johnson

Hello everyone and welcome back to the bestest, craziest, and awesomest Bible Club ever! Club Johnson! We were back out this week with some amazing weather loving on all your favorite kids and sharing the love of Jesus. And who was here putting on an awesome club? Why, none other than First Baptist Trussville! FBC Trussville did such a great job continuing to water those seeds that have been growing all summer long. We had over 30 kids 4 out of the 5 days this week and we tied our summer high of 38 on Thursday! The kids loved learning about Joseph's story from the Old Testament. From his coat of many beautiful colors to being put in jail and even to his interpretation of dreams. While learning the story, the kids got to have their craft in hand to be an illustration of the story for that specific day. Whether it was a torch one day or one of the amazing coloring pages, everything tied together, where the kids were able to tell all of us back different parts of the story. And it was so awesome. One awesome moment at Bible Story this week was watching a team member talk with one of our older boys about Jesus and answering some good questions about salvation and what it means to really follow Jesus. And that's what it's all about. All the games and crafts and songs. All to see a child's face light up when he hears about Jesus. Thank you so much, FBC Trussville, for answering the call and coming to serve on the frontlines for the kids.

Jackson

What an amazing week six here at bible club Jackson. We had such a fun time with FBC Trussville. Each day at bible story we walked through the story of Joseph as some of our own bible club kids acted them out. To finish off the week, we learned of heroes of the faith and what they have done for the Lord just as how the Lord is working through us today. At craft, we made fun Olympic-themed crafts. We created torches to start off the week and were able to make it gold medals. Songs we danced our hearts to “Praise the Lord,” a song made by Trussvile themselves, and balanced on paper plates when the floor turned lava. At games, we practiced listening with Simon Says and had classic fun with duck, duck, goose, and intense soccer matches with the boys. It was amazing to see the passion that Trussville has for every kid, whether they come to the club today or not or if the sun is beating down on our backs. Through their help, we were able to be the hands and feet of Jesus and love these kids so passionately.

Treadwell

Hallelujah! Praise be to the Lord! Treadwell is back and better than ever! We had such an amazing week being back at Bible club Treadwell this week with Crosspointe Church from Alabama. This team did a wonderful job rekindling the momentum of a Bible club that hasn’t had the opportunity to run often. They found new kids EVERY DAY! We even set a record of 36 kids at Bible club. The kids had fun playing with 9-square, parachutes, dodgeball, and soccer. They made some super fun crafts, including salvation bracelets, pencil pouches, rocks, slime, and they even got to decorate their very own caps, bucket hats, and bows! The kids loved having new and old friends, and the team did an amazing job building relationships with these kids to keep them coming back every day.  The kids learned about God’s promises, salvation, His resurrection, and how to confess our sins. Our older boy group has been asking really deep and intentional questions about Jesus and what a relationship with Him looks like. We are praying for continual spiritual growth for all of our kids, especially those who are right on the cusp of possibly accepting Jesus. We also pray for these kids as their school year gets closer. In the midst of chaos and alternative influences they would be the light and stand firm on the lessons they’ve learned at Bible club. As always, Treadwell, I love you, God loves you, and there is nothing you can do to change those first two.

-Jess

Kendrick

Week 6 at Kendrick with Wamego was a blast and the team brought so much energy to the kids to have fun. The kids at Kendrick had an awesome time, no doubt, and God used Wamego as His hands and feet this week. Seeing the kids' faces as they had fun and engaged in the games and activities was such a blessing. Especially at songs, with the addition of a guitar, chalk, and a speaker with silly songs on it, the songs presented to the kids were awesome and Christ-centered. Not to mention the awesome leadership and humility at Bible story that engaged the kids with the feeding of the 5,000, Jesus walking on water, and all of His miracles; I am glad that the kids got to hear and listen to these stories and also got to watch a puppet show that made the kids laugh wholeheartedly. As well as the crafts that aligned with some of the stories, like bread and fish bracelets, noodle crowns, and coloring sheets; out of all these, you can't forget the fun games where they brought jump ropes, parachutes, and the classic duck, duck, goose, and sharks and minnows. It has been such an honor to serve alongside Wamego, and am looking forward to these two final weeks as we start to wrap up the summer. Please keep all of the Memphis city children in your prayers as school is starting back up, and Bible Club is coming to an end. We are so blessed and grateful to be able to minister this way.

Kado

Welcome back to Street Reach Bible Club Kado! After a short holiday break, we have returned for week 6 of our summer! Huge thanks to the missionaries from Cedar Valley Baptist for restarting our club with might and Spirit. An average of 18 kids came to club each day to hear about God, make music with percussion instruments, and make TWO crafts each day! I even learned a new favorite game, I think it's called "through the ball at the leaders!" Hahaha. With a few geometric-shaped holes cut into a tarp and a brave missionary bobbing their head from opening to opening, the children got to hurl foam projectiles in an attempt to gain points by hitting said brave leader. But with a few minutes to spare, the roles reversed! Kids shouted and cheered as they tainted the leaders who gently tossed the foam balls towards the children who easily dodged and laughed and smiled. It was probably the most laughter I've heard all at once coming from our Bible Club, and I firmly believe it was a pleasing sound to our Lord God. But I think my favorite moment was listening to two of our older girls not only describe exactly what each color on the salvation bracelet represents but also what it means for a new believer. God is allowing truth to settle and find a home in the minds of these children. Pray that it finds a home in their hearts as well. Again, thank you so much to Cedar Valley Baptist and the incredible love you have shared with kids at Kado this week. And thanks be to God for his love and works of salvation. See you next week!

-Kaden

CITI

What a week we had with the Cross Church at CITI camp! They had the opportunity to provide Bible Club to the kids at CITI camp for the first time! The kids had a blast playing games such as knock-out, four square, Gaga ball, table tennis, bowling, and, of course, freeze tag! Residents of RITI came out to watch as the laughter rang out across the facility! The kids listened so intently at Bible story where they learned the stories of David and Goliath, the Last Supper, Saul’s encounter with God on the road to Damascus, and more! At crafts, their creative sides excelled when they made slingshots, masks, bracelets, crosses, and more! Of course, the team won the hearts of all the kids by bringing the best snacks and being so intentional with each kiddo (And also by playing hot potato freeze dance four hundred million times!)! I cannot thank the Cross Church enough for their willingness to serve this week and love on the kids of CITI camp! It truly was an incredible week full of the Lord’s unfailing love and joy like no other!

Pope

Prattville FMC had a blast at Pope this week. The kids absolutely loved the fun this team had with them, and I think the bubble machine was a major hit. The Prattville team acted out their Bible stories and did a phenomenal reenactment of the wall of Jericho falling down, Daniel and the lions' den, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and the resurrection. Prattville FMC did some really fun crafts with the kids that included megaphones, paper plate lions,  binoculars, and the stone being moved away from the tomb. This team also had a wonderful songs station full of fun choreography to the kids' favorite songs, hot potato, and even a parachute. Their songs station also had a bubble machine, which made the kids so excited to be there. They had lots of fun at the games station, and Prattville FMC introduced the kids to the bowling game.

Along with lots of other fun games, they got to be taught how to bowl. The kids absolutely loved bowling with the team members, and they requested that every day after. Not only was Prattville amazing with the Pope kids, but they also were amazing with interacting with the community. They met so many people and told them all about what we do. They invited a ton of people to church by passing out flyers to the community, and they always found a way to serve those around them willingly.

Leahy’s

It was truly an unforgettable week serving alongside West Springs Church! They brought all the energy, smiles, laughs, and fun! The highest number of kids we had this week was nineteen on Wednesday! The kids learned about the birth of Jesus, the importance of baptism, Christ dying on the cross for our sins and being risen from the dead, the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives, and how Jesus heals us. One bible verse the kids learned was Psalm 107:1, “Give thanks to the Lord because He is good and His mercy lasts forever.” Our kids loved the crafts all week long and ensured they added all the details! They made med kits with bible verses and band-aids, bracelets, dream catchers, a wheel that, when you spin it shows you to the life of Jesus, and wind streamers!! Over at Songs station, they played music while teaching the kids card games, hot potato, and having a dance party! The game station brought all the fun, sweat, and laughs this week! They played parachute games, dodgeball, relay races, and water games! We are so thankful for West Springs taking a week out of their summer to come to serve with us at Leahy’s! We ended the week with an epic water balloon fight, and the kids left smiling and laughing! I cannot wait to see what the Lord does next week!

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to The MET Students for an amazing week! Our kids loved reconnecting with familiar faces and forming new friendships. Bible Club this week was an absolute delight, especially the final day when we had a water day. The kids had a blast, and their laughter was truly a blessing to hear.

In Games, the kids played Duck-Duck-Goose, participated in a water relay, and enjoyed soccer, among other activities. Their smiles were huge, and they were clearly having the time of their lives. Our song sessions were energetic and fun, featuring favorites like "Deep Cries Out" and the all-time favorite "Fruit of the Spirit." And remember, if you want to be a coconut, you might as well hear it—you can’t be a fruit of the Spirit! Craft time was a hit this week, with creations ranging from necklaces to origami boats. What we love most about crafts is how they always tie into the Bible story. Speaking of Bible stories, the kids were captivated by tales like Joshua and the Battle of Jericho and Peter walking on water.

Once again, thank you for an incredible week filled with love and learning about the Lord. It was a true blessing to have you this week!

“God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then, everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.” 1 Peter 4:10-11 NLT

Whittier

We wouldn’t have wanted to spend our Fourth of July week elsewhere but at Bible Club Whittier! This was made possible by Faith Community Church from Wisconsin graciously spending the week with us at Street Reach. This week was filled with huge smiles and many little laughs. The kids made many different crafts they were able to take home. Some of those are fridge magnets they could decorate with stickers and markers. Another craft was wind chimes made out of ribbon and cardboard toilet paper rolls. A sweet moment was when we were out in the community picking up kids and saw a wind chime hanging on one of the kid’s front porch. Over at games, drip drip splash and sharks and minnows were a hit with the kids. The kids were well engaged in bible stories with big pictures that correlated with the story for the kids to look at. Some of those stories were Jesus walking on water and the death and resurrection of Jesus. On the fourth of July, we had 25 kids come to bible club! Faith Community bought all of the kids ice cream as a special treat on the fourth, which was an especially hot but special day. What an honor it is to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the kids at Whittier. Thank you, Faith Community, for doing just that!!

Leahy’s

Serving alongside Gateway made for an amazing week at Bible Club Leahy’s!! Our kids were shown the love of Jesus in many different ways! On Wednesday, we had twenty kids at club for the highest number of the week! Bible story was a huge hit, with our team telling the stories in Spanish! They heard five amazing bible stories. The favorites were Jonah and the Whale and Jesus Calming the Sea! It was amazing to watch our kids hear a bible story in their first language!! They created boats out of pool noodles and foam pieces! Also, they colored a huge whale with Jonah inside!! The kids loved the coloring books they used throughout the week and loved it even more when they got to take it home! Games station was a huge hit with all the energy, sweat, smiles, and laughs! They played red light, green light, sharks and minnows, and hot potato! We got to gather all together at the start of club to do our songs all together! We were dancing, singing, and laughing together! It was so much fun getting to worship all together! We are so grateful for Gateway taking a week out of their summer to come serve in our community!! We cannot wait to be back next week!!
